4. Payments and refunds

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. Refunds are handled strictly according to the policy shown on each course page and in our FAQ section.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Keenpulse Oratory reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort due to instructor illness or low enrollment. In such cases you may transfer to another cohort or request a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct during live sessions
• No unauthorized recording or distribution of course materials
• You must respect the confidentiality of fellow participants

7. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course content for your personal learning only. Resale or public redistribution is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

Keenpulse Oratory provides training and guidance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, awards, speaking engagements, or career advancement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keenpulse Oratory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
